Black Ops 6 fans would like a classic map from Black Ops 1 to make a return, but it’s probably not the Call of Duty map you’d immediately think of. Call of Duty has always made a point of harkening back to older games. In the Modern Warfare series, Shipment has been a staple map since the original Call of Duty 4, while Black Ops loves to add Nuketown every time. There are tonnes of iconic maps from the different series that can be revisited and reworked for the new games. That has been the case in Black Ops 6 already with Hacienda returning from Black Ops 4 to much praise. Petition to bring back Hotel from BO1 When revisiting older games, the devs have been accused of recycling content instead of coming up with fresh ideas. Grind is also making a return in Season 2 Reloaded, so they’re seemingly focusing on newer maps. However, going all the way back to Black Ops 1 is clearly something that a lot of players want.
